Please ensure that you have a strong, stable network connection before beginning an upload.
Are you able to check your network connection?
Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data may also resolve some issues.
- File types
FamilyAlbum supports the following file types:
Photos : JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIF(HEIC) and GIF (Animation is not supported)
Videos : MP4, MOV, QT, 3GP, and M4V
*HEIC(HEIF) and M4V files cannot be uploaded when uploading from a computer through FamilyAlbum Premium.
- Photo/video location
If your photo/video is saved to your Photo Stream or SD card, please try saving it to your device, then uploading it.
If you are still unable to upload your photo/video, please contact us by going to the Settings tab, tapping “Support”, then “Other”, then tapping the “Inquiries” button. We’ll do our best to help.
