Photobook/Print/DVD orders during this time:
FamilyAlbum products are made in and shipped from Japan. As production and delivery process will be affected by the long New Year holidays, orders placed in late December to mid-January may take around 1~1.5 months to arrive. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Info regarding shipping to the UK:
In order to resume shipping to the UK, we recently changed our method of shipping. With this new shipping method, orders are sent out on a weekly basis. Depending on the order timing, it may take longer than usual to ship out your order.
Please also note that as we are shipping from Japan, it's possible for a delay to occur somewhere in the international shipping process.
