Because of this, additional fees such as import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or local charges may be charged depending on the country listed in the shipping address.
ex. Post offices in countries such as France or Germany may have additional handling fees for their services.
Unfortunately, we do not know when these charges will be made and must ask the recipient to pay these unforeseen fees.
In some cases, you may be able to receive a refund by appealing the charge. If you feel you were unjustly charged, please consider filing a claim to the relevant company.
