Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022.
To ensure the security of our users, FamilyAlbum is also ending support for it.
You will no longer be able to access your browser-version account from Internet Explorer.
We recommend using the Google Chrome web browser when accessing FamilyAlbum.
Switching to Google Chrome
1. Install Google Chrome.

2. Copy the URL you use to view an album and paste it into Google Chrome’s address bar.
3. Log in using your password (if you have one set).
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Your Password?” to be issued a new one.
Difficulty resetting your password?
Ask an Album Admin to follow the steps below to send you a new invitation:
1. Open the FamilyAlbum app, go to the Settings tab, tap the nickname of the member you are re-inviting, then tap Delete Account.
*Even if an account is deleted, any comments from that account will remain visible.
2. On the Settings tab, tap “+ Invite Family” to send a new invitation.
