PayPal periodically checks that your credit card is open and in good standing. When this happens, your credit card company may send you an email letting you know that your card has been used. Please rest assured that you were not actually charged twice.
As this verification is handled by PayPal and your credit card company, we are unable to stop any charges ourselves. We apologize for any worry this may cause and ask for your understanding.
