If you have purchased a sticker subscription but are unable to use stickers, please see below for possible causes.
The subscription didn't get renewed in the App Store / Play Store
Sticker subscriptions are available via the App Store and Play Store and are canceled if they cannot be renewed for any reason. Please check your subscription status with the Apple or Google account you used when you subscribed.
The FamilyAlbum account you're using is different from the one you subscribed with (due to being reinvited or another reason)
Sticker subscriptions are issued on an individual basis. Since the subscription is tied to an individual account, it will not be transferred if you start using a new account like after being reinvited to an album. If you are using a different account from the one you subscribed with and would like to keep using your sticker subscription, please contact us through the app from Settings > Inquiries > Sticker Subscriptions > Inquiries and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request if we are unable to confirm that you are the original subscriber.
Comments are disabled for the album you want to use stickers with
Stickers are only for use in the comment section of photos and videos. Therefore, if the album has comments turned off, stickers cannot be used. Please consult with an Album Admin about any comment restrictions.
