You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it by opening the Store tab and going to "My Orders". If it's been under 4 hours since you placed your order, please cancel it yourself in the app and place a new order with the correct shipping information.
If it's been over 4 hours since you placed your order, please go to the Store tab, tap My Orders, select the order in question, and then tap "Questions About Your Order?" to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate requests for cancellation, but please understand that we cannot cancel orders that have already entered production.
