Try downloading and using Google Chrome to access FamilyAlbum.
Please try any of the following:
・restarting your smartphone
・checking your Internet connection
・making sure you haven't reached your data usage limit
If you're still unable to play videos, please contact us by going to the Settings tab, tapping “Inquiries”, then “Other”, then tapping the “Inquiries” button.
