- That your device's audio is loud enough
- That your device is not set to silent mode
- That the issue does not occur on other devices (such as a family member's device)
If the issue is not solved after checking the above, or if the issue only occurs on your device, the issue may be caused by the device itself. Please restart your device and see if that resolves the issue.
