First, open the FamilyAlbum app, go to the Store tab, and tap My Orders. Then, select the relevant order and tap Order Again to see the details of that order.
Please rest assured that tapping Order Again will not automatically place a new order.
Note: Please update your app to the latest version before trying this.
When you tap Order Again, the following will be carried over from your previous order.
• Size
• Selected photos
• Alignment/cropping
• Quantity of each photo
• Monthly cards
• Options (date, border, paper type)
You can also confirm the product name, number of photos, and shipping address in the order confirmation email.
It is not possible to change or add to your order contents, photo quantity, or shipping address after an order has been placed. If you want to make a change, cancel the original order and then place a new order.
For credit cards and carrier billing payments:
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by going to the Store tab and tapping My Orders.
