Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your print order within 4 hours of placing it.
After 4 hours have passed, we cannot cancel your print order, even if you send us an inquiry.
Editing your order:
Once your order is placed, neither the order nor the shipping address can be changed, even if you send us an inquiry.
If you have placed your order within the last 4 hours, please cancel your order, make any changes that need to be made, then place your order again.
Shipping:
Photo prints are printed in Japan and shipped via international airmail. Orders usually arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after shipment. However, please be aware that unforeseen factors could potentially cause delays in international and domestic shipping.
Additionally, production and shipping may take longer than usual during peak periods, such as the beginning and end of each month.
If you add an Extra (such as a photo album or pocket pages) to a print order, it will be shipped separately from the prints.
How to send an inquiry:
After placing an order, you can send an inquiry about it by going to the Store tab, tapping My Orders, then tapping the order in question.
Configure your email settings to ensure you are able to receive emails from family-album.com.
