If the frame was a gift, we recommend first contacting the person who purchased it, as they may need to provide purchase details for warranty service.
This product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the frame at our discretion. Proof of purchase may be required.
