Inquiries will be accepted as usual. You can send an inquiry by going to the Settings tab in the app and tapping "Inquiries". We'll look into your inquiry, but it may take a few days for us to send our response.
Orders and Delivery:
Some of our partner factories will be closed during this time, thus it may take a little longer than usual to ship out your order.
