Information from the Store tab cannot be shared with other members.
The following can only be viewed on the account from/for which they were created.
- Photobooks created from scratch
- Automatic photobook suggestions
- Photobook order information (such as order history and delivery status)
The above cannot be viewed or edited from other members' accounts.
Please Note:
- Photobooks are managed based on the account that creates/orders them.
- If one account edits a photobook and a different account orders a photobook, the edits will not be reflected in the order.
Please make sure to edit and order from the same account. - Photobook drafts and order information are not automatically shared, not even with accounts in the same album.
- If an album member wants to order a photobook, they should create the photobook and place the order from their own account.
For inquiries regarding photobooks or orders, we ask that the person who placed the order contact us directly.
To protect personal information and ensure order details are handled correctly, we may not be able to respond to inquiries from accounts other than the one that placed the order.
