FamilyAlbum DVDs are made in Japan and shipped internationally via EMS. Your DVD should arrive within three weeks, but timing may vary depending on region. In most cases, your order will be placed in your mailbox.
After your DVD has shipped, you should have received a notification email with tracking information for your order. You can check the delivery status by visiting the website below and entering the tracking number from your shipment notification email.
If the website says your delivery is complete but you haven't received it, please make sure that your DVD hasn't already been received by another member of your household. If your order is still missing, please contact the Japan Post via the above website.
If a week has passed since you placed your order and you haven't received a confirmation email, or if you have any other questions, please contact us. To do so, visit the Store tab, tap “My Orders”, then tap the order that hasn't arrived. Tap “Questions About Your Order?” to get in touch with a member of our support team.
