If less than eight hours have passed since you placed your order, you can cancel your order and place it again using the correct address. To do so, visit the Store tab, tap “My Orders”, then tap the order you'd like to change. Tap “Cancel Order”, enter the correct address, and place the order again.

Tap “Questions About Your Order?” to contact us. Please be sure to include the reason for your inquiry and the correct shipping address for your order.
After receiving your message, we'll do all that we can to update the shipping address for your order. Unfortunately we're only able to change an address before our manufacturer has started production. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.
