If you would like to delete your account, go to the Settings tab, tap Inquiries, then tap Delete Account. On the next screen, you can delete your account.
If you would like to delete your album, go to the Settings tab, tap Inquiries, then tap Delete Account. On the next screen, you can send us an inquiry by tapping “Contact FamilyAlbum Support”. After looking into if we can delete the album, we will contact you with further guidance.
If you would like to delete your account/album, but unable to use the app, please contact us by using the inquiry form.
Please note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel any FamilyAlbum Premium subscription. The subscription must be canceled by the subscriber. For information on how to cancel a subscription, please refer to the following article.
