While we are able to print most characters and emoji, less common characters and emoji may not be printed properly even if they appear on the Preview screen.
If your photobook has a printing error, please contact us by going to the Store tab, tapping "My Orders" > the photobook in question > "Questions about your order?" at the bottom of the screen. Please make sure to attach a photo of the printing error.
Please note that text composed of multiple special characters such as Kaomoji are more likely to encounter printing errors.
