The uploading symbol in the top-right corner of a photo/video won't go away. What should I do?

Make sure you have a strong Internet connection, then go to the Settings tab and select "Refresh Cache" from "Cache Settings."

After that, try uploading the photo or video again by tapping the Add button on the Album tab or Recents tab.
