Photobook/Print/Calendar/DVD/WallArt Orders
FamilyAlbum products are made in and shipped from Japan. (*WallArt orders are made in and shipped from The Netherlands) Due to the extended New Year holidays, orders placed from late December to mid-January may experience a production and shipping delay and could take approximately 1~1.5 months to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Shipping Information for the UK:
All products except for WallArt, are made in Japan and shipped to our UK distribution center once a week. From there, they are delivered via Royal Mail. Please be aware that shipping from Japan may result in occasional delays in the international shipping process.
*DVD orders to the UK are not accepted at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
