FamilyAlbum products are made in and shipped from Japan. (*Wall art orders are made in and shipped from The Netherlands)
Due to the extended New Year holidays, orders placed from late December to mid-January may experience a production and shipping delay and could take approximately 1~1.5 months to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
