If slideshows do not appear even though your app is up to date, please check whether your album meets the following conditions.
For current FamilyAlbum Premium users:
• There has been at least one photo/video uploaded between one week and six months ago
(Even if you don't have uploads for the corresponding day in months/years past, if you have uploaded at least one photo/video within the above period, it will be displayed as a Highlight.)
For free users:
• Three or more items have been uploaded on the same day in months/years past
For non-Admins who are subscribed to Premium One:
Currently, non-Admins who reside in one of the following countries/regions will not be able to view anything beyond the free slideshows containing 3 photos/videos, even if they subscribe to Premium One.
We ask for your patience until we are able to provide this feature to everyone.
Affected countries: EU countries, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway, and the United Kingdom
