Due to the impact of the EU Customs Reform, which took effect on 1 July 2026, our shipping arrangements for certain EU countries and regions have changed as outlined below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
1. Temporary Suspension of Shipping to Certain Countries and Regions
Under the new EU customs regulations, customs duties and related fees must now be paid in advance for shipments to the following countries and regions.
As we are currently unable to complete the necessary procedures to meet these new requirements, we have temporarily suspended accepting orders for delivery to the following destinations:
Austria / Belgium / Czech Republic / Denmark / Finland / France / Germany / Luxembourg / Portugal / Guadeloupe / French Guiana / Martinique / Réunion / Monaco
At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated date for when shipping will resume. We will provide an update once shipping becomes available again.
2. Shipping to Other EU Member Countries
We are continuing to accept orders for delivery to EU member countries not listed above.
However, due to the changes in customs regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties and related fees when receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for these charges, and FamilyAlbum will be unable to reimburse them.
Whether these charges apply and the amount charged will depend on the regulations in your country and the circumstances of delivery.
