Due to the impact of the EU Customs Reform, which took effect on 1 July 2026, international mail shipments from Japan by postal services are currently suspended. As a result, we regret to inform you that we will temporarily suspend accepting new orders to certain regions for the following products manufactured in Japan.
• Order acceptance will be suspended from: 6:00 AM on 17 July 2026 (UTC) (tentative)
• Affected regions: Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg
• Affected products: Photo prints (along with photo albums and other Extras), photobooks, calendars, DVDs
