Please check the following regarding your issue.
If you cannot open the URL link
1. Copy the link in the notification email.
2. Open the Internet browser on your device and paste the link into the address bar to open it.
Alternatively, open the link you normally use to view the album and look under "Recents" to find the post with the time frame mentioned in the email.
If you forget your login password
1. From the login page, click on "Forgot your password?", then click on "Reset Password".
2. An email will be sent to your email address with a link to change your password.
3. Click on the link in the email to set a new password.
If the issue persists
Please ask one of the parent members of the album to reinvite you by doing the following steps.
1) From FamilyAlbum app Settings > Family Members, tap your nickname and tap "Delete Account".
2) Tap "Invite Family" in the Settings tab to send you a new invitation.
