Every FamilyAlbum invitation link is unique and can only be used once. If you see the message "Already in use" when trying to open the invitation link, please ask the Album Admin (parent member) to send you a new invitation. If you're still unable to join the album using the new invitation, contact us by going to the Settings tab and tapping "Inquiries", then “Other”, then tapping the “Inquiries” button; or by sending us a message at support@family-album.com. Please be sure to also include your invitation message.
