You can upload via computer if you are covered by a Premium Family or Premium Family Pro plan.
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
1. Go to the computer upload site login page (https://family-album.com/web/login).
Please log in using the same email address and password you registered to the FamilyAlbum app.
If you haven't registered an email address yet, please register by starting the app, going to the Settings tab, and tapping Email under Login Settings.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in the app by tapping Settings > Change Password > Forgot your password?.
Grandparents and other relatives can upload if an Album Admin (parent member) has turned on "Allow Album Member Uploads" in the Settings tab.
2. You can drag and drop photos and videos, or select files to upload them.
If you have Premium access in multiple albums, select the album name at the top of the screen to switch between albums.
