We recommend iOS 17.0 or higher. Those on an older version should go to Settings > General > Software Update on their iPhone, and update their OS.
- Android
We recommend 9.0 or higher.
Browser Version
- Computer
We recommend the latest version of Chrome.
- Smartphones and tablets
We recommend always using the latest version of Safari or Chrome when using FamilyAlbum.
If you don't meet the above requirements, you may be unable to use FamilyAlbum.
Please note that those using beta versions of operating systems may be unable to use FamilyAlbum.
