Personal Pages use facial recognition to sort photos and videos between Child Pages, Children Pages, and Everyone Pages.
- Child Pages
These Pages are mainly composed of photos and videos of one child in particular, ignoring most photos and videos that include their siblings or people who appear frequently in your album's photos and videos.
If you have more than one child in your album, a Page will be made for each of them. - Children Page
This Page is created if you have more than one child in your album. It is composed of group photos and videos of your children. - Everyone Page
This Page is composed of photos and videos that contain your children and people who appear frequently in your album's photos and videos.
The other people in this Page don't have to be members of your album. They are automatically determined by how frequently their faces appear in your album's photos and videos.
In the following cases, photos and videos may not be sorted correctly and Pages may not be generated.
- If your child's information is not set correctly
- If there aren't enough photos and/or videos for faces to be recognized
- If faces are unclear or are obscured by sunglasses, hats, or masks, etc., or in cases of identical twins, triplets, etc.
- If the photo or video doesn't contain human faces (photos of pets, etc.)
People in your album are differentiated based on factors such as the information you register about your children and how often they appear in your photos and videos. This process is automatically performed by a program, so some errors may occur. We will continue to improve the program's accuracy as we update the app and ask for your continued patience if you encounter any difficulties.
