Personal Pages generally take around three to four days to be created once you subscribe to Premium Family or Premium Family Pro.
Personal Pages are automatically created by our system using facial recognition and the information you've entered about your child.
If you haven't entered your child's birthdate or don't have enough uploads clearly featuring your child's face, the app may not be able to generate your album's Pages.
To ensure that your album's Pages are created and are as accurate as possible, please be sure to register each child and upload photos/videos that clearly feature each child's face.

If you're still experiencing issues with your album's Pages, please contact us by going to the Settings tab, tapping Inquiries > Other, then tapping Inquiries.
