For the widget to display your photos/videos, the following requirements must be met:
• Your album must have photos/videos that are visible to all album members
• Allow a few minutes for the widget to show the first photo/video
If photos and videos are still not being displayed in the widget after confirming the above, please contact us by going to the Settings tab, tapping “Inquiries”, then “Other”, then tapping the “Inquiries” button. If you are unable to contact us via the above method, you can contact us via email at support@family-album.com.
If your album had no photos/videos visible to all album members and you uploaded new photos/videos, it may take longer than usual for them to appear in the widget.
It’s possible to change the visibility settings of all photos/videos in your album from “Admins Only” to “Share with Family” at the same time.
This option is in the Settings tab. Just tap “Change All Visibility” and tap “Change to ‘Share with Family’”. It may take some time for the new visibility settings to be applied, particularly if you have a lot of photos/videos. Please make sure you are in an area with a good internet connection after selecting this option.
