After adding the FamilyAlbum widget, it may take a few minutes for your first photo to be displayed. If a few minutes have passed and no photos are displayed, it's possible that your album doesn't have any photos that are visible to all the members of your album. This issue can be resolved by opening the Add tab in the app, selecting photos/videos, and tapping "Share with Family". It may take some time for these new uploads to be displayed in the widget.
If photos and videos are still not being displayed in the widget, please contact us by tapping “Inquiries” in the Settings tab or emailing us at support@family-album.com.
