An authentication code will not be sent after you turn on multi-factor authentication in your security settings. You will only receive an email containing an authentication code when trying to log in on a new device or after reinstalling the app.
If you do not receive an authentication code when trying to log in, tap “Resend code” to get a new one.
If you still do not receive a new code, please do the following.
• Check your spam folder
Check if the email was filtered into a spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you can receive emails from FamilyAlbum
Configure your email settings to ensure you are able to receive emails from the domain "family-album.com".
• If you don't have access to the email you registered with FamilyAlbum, or if the above methods did not resolve your issue, please contact FamilyAlbum Support
Send an inquiry to support@family-album.com. Upon verifying your identity, we'll be able to update the email address registered to your FamilyAlbum account.
