After changing devices or uninstalling the FamilyAlbum app, you'll need to log in to access your album. Below are a few different scenarios and the quickest way to regain access to your account in each situation.
If you've already registered an email address to your account:
1. Install FamilyAlbum onto your new device
2. Tap "Member Log In" and log in using your registered email address
If you can't remember your password, reset it by tapping "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
If you haven't registered an email address but still have access to your old device:
1. Open the FamilyAlbum app on your previous device, go to the Settings tab, and tap "Email Not Registered". After entering your information, please be sure to open the link in the confirmation email to complete your registration.
2. Install FamilyAlbum onto your new device
3. Tap "Member Log In" and log in using your registered email address
If you haven't registered an email address and don't have access to your old device:
- If you're an Album Admin (parent member) and there's another Album Admin who still has access to the album, please ask them to send you a new invitation. If there aren't any other Album Admins with access to the album, please contact our support team by sending an email to support@family-album.com with the subject "Can't log in". In your message, please include any relevant information such as your nickname and role in the album.
- If you're not an Album Admin, please ask an Album Admin to send you a new invitation.
