Please make sure your email settings allow you to receive emails from unspecified domains and senders. If you're using restricted email settings, set them so that you can receive emails from the "mitene.us" and "family-album.com" domain. If this still doesn't solve the problem, it may be that your email server isn't compatible with ours. In such cases, please contact us by going to the Settings tab, tapping “Inquiries”, then “Other”, then tapping the “Inquiries” button.
