If your frame doesn’t power on or respond, please try the following steps:
- Make sure the power cable is securely connected to both the frame and the power outlet.
- Confirm that the power outlet is working by testing another device.
- If the frame still doesn’t respond, long-press the power button for at least 5 seconds to restart it.
- If you continue to experience issues, try performing a factory reset (see How to perform a factory reset for details).
