First, confirm that your frame is connected to Wi-Fi.
To manually update photos:
- On the frame, go to Settings → Media on this frame, then tap Resync My Media
- In the FamilyAlbum app, go to Settings → Manage My Frames → Media on this frame, then tap Resync My Media
