FamilyAlbum Premium subscriptions are handled by the App Store (Apple ID) or the Google Play Store, so payments will be made through your set payment option for your respective platform.
Please refer to the instructions below for changing payment options for the store you use.
For iOS (App Store):
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name
3. Tap “Payment & Shipping” and add or edit your payment information as necessary

For Android (Google Play Store):
1. Open the Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions", then tap "Payment methods”, then add or edit payment information as necessary

To change which App Store/Google Play account you make payments from, please follow the steps listed below.
1. Cancel your Album's current subscription through the App Store/Google Play

2. In the FamilyAlbum app, go to the Settings tab while logged in to the account you want to pay with, then resubscribe to Premium
