Regardless of which plan you've used before, if you are using an account that has previously been subscribed to FamilyAlbum Premium, you are ineligible for a free trial.
Please bear in mind that if you choose not to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your free trial ends, your Premium subscription will automatically be renewed and you will be charged.
