Simply uninstalling the FamilyAlbum app will not cancel your Premium subscription, so you must cancel your subscription manually.
Please make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before it expires.
To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.
• For web payment subscriptions (directly through FamilyAlbum)
(Web payment is not available for the Premium One plan.)
1. Go to the site below, tap "Already have FamilyAlbum Premium?", and log in to see your subscription details

2. Tap "Manage Plan" > "Cancel Subscription"
• For App Store subscriptions (iOS)
1. Open the App Store
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner
3. Tap "Subscriptions" on the Account screen
4. Tap "FamilyAlbum Premium" > "Cancel Subscription"

• For Google Play subscriptions (Android)
1. Open the Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, then tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
3. If you want to cancel your subscription, tap "FamilyAlbum" > "Cancel subscription"

Please note:
• If you have a Premium Family or Premium Family Pro subscription, canceling your subscription will cause all family members in your album to lose access to Premium features. Even after you cancel your subscription, rest assured that no photos and videos will be deleted from your album. You will still be able to use the free version of FamilyAlbum. If you resubscribe in the future, you will be able to use Premium features again.
• Canceling your subscription will stop it from automatically renewing at the end of the billing cycle.
• Your Premium status will stay active until the end of the last cycle you were billed for. (It may take a few days for your account page to correctly reflect your updated status.) Until your subscription expires, you can continue to use Premium features.
