The method for changing your Premium plan depends on how you subscribed to FamilyAlbum Premium.
Be sure to make any changes to your plan at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
For web payment subscriptions (directly through FamilyAlbum):
1. Go to the site below, tap "Already have FamilyAlbum Premium?", and log in to see your subscription details

2. Tap "Manage Plan" and change to your desired plan
For subscriptions through the App Store / Google Play:
Go to the Settings tab, tap your plan under FamilyAlbum Premium, and then tap "Change Plan".
Premium Pro: $10.99/month, $109/year
Premium: $5.99/month, $59/year

When upgrading:
If you upgrade from Premium to Premium Pro, you will immediately gain access to Pro features.
When downgrading:
If you downgrade from Premium Pro to Premium, your plan will remain Premium Pro until your subscription renews. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
Changing from yearly to monthly payments:
It's not possible to receive a refund or change to a monthly plan in the middle of a yearly plan. If you switch to a monthly plan, the change will take effect the next time your subscription renews. Similarly, if you switch from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, the change will take effect the next time your subscription renews.
If you want to switch your payment option from App Store or Google Play to web payment, go to the site below and tap "Already have FamilyAlbum Premium?" When switching to web payment, please note that you must manually cancel your existing subscription on the App Store or Google Play.
